工作內容
- Efficient and effective of the daily operation of the Operation Support Department
- Ensure incident under the grasp and control
- Ensure a high degree of satisfaction with services support task
- Maintain excellence customer service and relationship management
- Maintain close cooperation with group various departments
- Organization and management of 7x24 duty shift
- Definition and Document of the SOP, and SOP education training and exercise
- Coordination with the customer for maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure the operation service support immediate response strategy
- Periodic reporting data collection and compilation
- Excellent English negotiation and written skills
需求條件
- Project management and Implementation experience
- Clear thoughts and incident sensitive olfactory
- A certain degree of SI or IT industry knowledge background is a plus
