Specific Responsibilities

1. Provide the oversight of vendor management function to fulfil the business demand and obtain Value for Money from Development Division in Daiichi-Sankyo’s external expenditure in in-direct material sourcing.

2. Provides leadership, oversight, development, direction and co-ordination of clinical support activities conducted by the clinical support team.

3. Provides leadership, oversight, development, direction to QC team in terms of ICH-GCP and Clinical Development strategy in Development Division.

4. Work with Project Management & Alliance Management team to enhance the internal communication of CRO/SMO management, get the insight and technical inputs from AM function.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and above majored in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biological Science or related.

• Four years or above in foreign-funded Clinical Department in Medicine and Pharmaceutical Industry, rich experience in vendor management & QC activity

• Leadership in interacting with multiple internal/external stakeholders management

• Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

• Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English

• Excellent skill in critical thinking and problem solving

• Strong team player

• Good command of Computer.
