Job Responsibility

• Control and manage the analyze / monitor the performance of EBIT, period expenses, scrap, working capital, and logistics cost etc.
• Produce a ROI analysis for the capital spending of operational Investment projects, and tracking the afterwards performance comparing with the initial application.
• Responsible for the monthly forecast, costing and operational financial reports.
• Responsible for the annual operation budget, and monitor the expenditures.
• Lead manufacturing cost calculation. Maintain standard costing, analyze variance over standard.
• Generate cost reduction plan, and tracking the actual results.
• Performance driving , build operation control team ,Provide timely and effective management suggestions. Initiate the process improvement.

Job Requirements

• Over 3-5 years controller manager and 8 years'experience in FP&A area in Multinational Company。Tier -1 auto-parts company is preferred.
• Proficient in English both Oral and written;
• Strong Knowledge and experience on cost analysis and internal control process.
• Premium Excel skill, ERP experience required. SAP experience preferred.
• Good problem solving, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
