Onsite Recruiter（第三方合同）

Location: Waigaoqiao, Shanghai (shuttle bus provided)

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Hiring Manager to understand job requirements
• Sourcing candidates and evaluate candidate’s competency and motivation
• Schedule interview and generate candidate report
• Gather information of market intelligence
• Recruitment operations: onboard & offboard, data admin, probation management, etc.
• Other ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experiences in recruitment, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
• Either in-house HR (with a focus on recruitment) experience or search firm/RPO on-site experience
• Direct sourcing experience is preferred
• Strong communication abilities
• Workable English
