Cross-train in visual merchandising to support Global Content coordinators during peak set-up times.
Warehouse, Logistic & Stock Operation
Supervise the warehouse and logistic activities, ensure that inbound, outbound activities, and operations related flows are seamless.
Supervise warehouse packaging materials and plan the order quantity.
Ensure stock is moved to location and aligned with website content. Note: Global eStore Manager to ensure that online inventory is balanced and if necessary, request stock movement from different locations.
Ensure orders are delivered to employees with accuracy, quality and within promise date.
Ensure shipment options (office vs. home) are set up to support this separate business stream and that it does not affect BAU eCommerce business.
Order Review Process
Team work with 3rd party to review all orders to ensure adherence to employee purchase policy. For example, Alipay ID is linked with the employee ID.
Team work with 3rd party to manage ongoing checks to ensure employees are respecting quantity limits by department and time period.
Document violations and escalate to Global Employee Store Manager. Support outcome, whether marked as “cautious” or blocked.
Investigate payment issues, liaising with the Finance Team for resolution.
Client Services and Workflow
Respond to employee queries within 24 hours via email. Questions can cover purchase policy, product and deliveries.
Manage customer case escalations in partnership with multiple internal departments.
Keep current on product information and consolidate employee feedback on site’s visual merchandising and product selection. Share with global content team.
Document workflows for training purposes and identify opportunities to streamline or improve. Monitor regional Workplace feedback for the market.
Produce weekly report for customer stats and order volumes. With global team, identify opportunities to increase sales (e.g. Workplace communication, stock refreshes).
