Job Description
岗位职责:
任职资格:
Researcher tasks:
- Communication with clients – during projects, clarifying details, delivering revisions in documents, etc.
- Proposals – writing complex proposals
- RfQs – responding to RfQs
- Outputs – writing summaries and / or reports, doing CA if needed, doing data processing on mini-quant projects
- Fieldwork – moderation, probing, supervising communities
- Preparation – programming online qual and mini-quant questionnaires, drafting screeners and guides
- Online community building – helping in the engagement activities’ planning and execution
- Taking part in the platform development process – testing, providing input, communicating with IT people
任职资格:
- with 2-3 years of qualitative experience with quantitative affinity.
- excellent spoken and written English
- digital affinity
- experience preferable in digital qualitative (communities)
- insightful thinking and able to understand bigger picture (not just actual project specific objectives)
- high level of MS Office tool usage (PPT & at least mid level of Excel)
- cool personality – patient, can take pressure from clients, persistent
