Our company will help exchange your free time for money. We provide free training and qualification to do the job and provide all materials as well if we see you have potential during the selection interview.

You can send us which time slots you are free during and then we organize classes after training you to be a teacher for free.

Average pay is 17RMB per 2 hour class conducted per single student. Pay will increase as per number of students in your class for example if we organize a group class and it has 6 students then you will be paid 51RMB for the same 2 hours of teaching.

Please note that the hourly rate range mentioned in this job is as per below payment structure and amount you get paid is as milestones as per number of students in class we arrange for you.

Payment rates are based on number of students in 2 hour class we arrange for you as follows;

1 student 17 RMB

2 student 22 RMB

3 student 25 RMB

4 student 34 RMB

5 student 42.5 RMB

6 student 51 RMB

7 student 59.5 RMB

8 student 68 RMB

9 student 76.5 RMB

10 student 85 RMB

Also based on experience, qualifications & duration of working with us the more senior you become and the more classes you do the more the per student rate can be increased based on if we can raise student fees depending on market conditions.

Each class you will need record it and send recording to us via cloud drive link tencent cloud, cowtransfer.com etc so then if any student absent we will still pay you half of that student worth meaning let's say one class of yours have 4 students then for that 2hr class we need pay you 34 RMB so if one absent then we will pay for 3.5 students so then you will get 29.75RMB profit

This profit will get every week for around 4-6 months till the course is completed and as we arrange more and more new classes for you to have a good income for your free time. But note that you should not consider this job as a way to replace your full time job or other jobs in your own country. To apply please share your CV/Resume.
