Job Description
- Bachelor degree and proven work experience in e-commerce, technology, or digital sector including experience building and managing teams.
- 5+ years work experience in similar space and business, preferably in a similar onboarding function, account management and/or campaign optimization.
- Outstanding speaking, writing, and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.
- Analytical skills in EXCEL or related tools and high attention to details.
- Program management skills with capability to manage his/her time, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to persuade, inspire and motivate others.
- Proficient in MS Office: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Our team owns go to market strategy, adoption, advertiser success for Self-Service Performance Advertising programs with expertise in marketing, account management, market analysis, and program management.
As Onboarding Program Manager, you will work closely with new advertisers and have direct responsibility for helping them start their advertising campaigns by creating the scalable programs to drive retention of advertisers, analyzing the impact of the programs and improve the programs in fast pace from end to end.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be comfortable working with a high level of ambiguity. It is day one for our business and you'll need to use your analytics, business skills and raw smarts to solve complex problems and exercise great judgment. The ideal candidate will be metrics-driven, creative, and customer obsessed.
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Be an expert in understanding advertisers’ needs by working directly with advertisers to help guide media planning, execution, optimization and measurement.
- Be an ad product expert in understanding ad products, features and optimization methods by working closely with ad sales and product teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance.
- Identify and design innovative solutions to provide the benefits of program management engagement at scale.
- Work with marketing channel owner team to collaborate on specific marketing activities such as Wechat, livestreaming events, contents creation etc.
- Master's degree. MBA is a plus.
- Contents creation and A/B test experiences.
- Worked in international environments.
- Proven ability to dive deep and identify root cause gaps and drive solutions that improve customer experience and drive business results. SQL experience is a benefit.
- Previous digital advertising, retail, and/or tech business experience with respect to programs and processes.
- Experience working in a B2B environment in a sales, marketing, or related role.
