Expatriate to India

We need you to:
1. Execute delivery/operation and maintenance projects in accordance with international project contracts, ensuring that the project can achieve the profit target of the contract;
2. Organize and coordinate various relevant business departments within the company to form a project team, and use the most reasonable and effective resource allocation method to ensure that the project is completed within the specified time, cost, technology, safety, and quality compliance requirements;
3. Analyze, collect, and identify all project requirements and deliverables, initiate and develop a complete project execution plan and assurance measures;
4. Establish a project risk management matrix to manage project risks and take systematic and effective measures to mitigate project execution risks;
5. Cooperate with the relevant management work of the company and departments, and ensure the rationality, effectiveness, and compliance of project work;
6. Maintain on-site owner relationships, understand customer needs, and improve customer satisfaction;
7. Through the project execution process, it is possible to continuously improve the standards of various project tasks and solidify and inherit them;
8. Coordinate and resolve various conflicts on the project.

We expect you to:
1. Background in science and engineering, with a master's degree (985/211) or above;
2. Good spoken English, able to communicate daily;
3. Strong awareness of project organization and management, strong ability to withstand pressure, leadership, and team building skills; Strong communication and coordination skills;
4. Proficient in using office software, with a driver's license preferred;
