Support tasks:
? Provide IT onsite support to end-users across China-mainland according to WSP Business Plan & SLA, including software and hardware troubleshooting
? PC, Printer, Projector, Telephone system, meeting system, backup System etc. configuration & maintenance according to WSP Operation Standard.
? VIP Support
? Complete tickets assigned via ticket system SNOW in time.
? Create Operation Manuals on routine tasks.
? IT assets management & inventory.
Requirements:
? At least one years relevant working experience in IT support field.
? Familiar with LAN, Windows, Active Directory.
? Experienced in troubleshooting of pc, phone email, meeting system, printer, projector, etc. IT peripherals.
? Capable of working under pressure.
? Own English skills in both written and spoken English.
? Good communication skill with end users
? VIP support experience is preferred
