Job Description

Main tasks & Key responsibilities:

1.Daily monitoring on customer’s business as standard operation process, coordinating with internal team for customer’s business End to End follow up.

2.Daily monitoring on data/milestone for customer’s shipment and keeps report updated of high accuracy.

3.Work closely with internal support team to define and implement corrective action plans to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

4.Manage reports for analysis and follow ups.

5.Manage KPI reports and review together with internal team members.

6.Management on exceptional cases and work out solution.

7.Dealing with customer’s escalation and raise it to higher level if the issue can’t be solved directly.

8.Coordinating with high level management team on customer’s business to keep long-term smoothed process.

9.Focus on customer needs and satisfaction, while building on and enhancing the relationship with the customer to ultimately become a perceived partner in their business.


Qualifications:

1.Good Knowledge of forwarding business, especially for Air import process.

2.At least 4 years of relevant experience in logistics and exposure to basic order management systems and processes.

3.Good study ability for new business and process. Independent judgment on problem resolution and prioritization.

4.Ability to identify and meet customer needs in a pleasant and friendly manner

5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

7.Good Microsoft office skills and experiences with ERP system.
