The Job
- To engage and monitor the performance of service providers/suppliers;
- To compile data and prepare statistical reports;
- To maintain inventory records;
- To administer day-to-day office facilities/equipment maintenance;
- To plan and oversee office renovation/removal and system enhancement;
- To oversee facilities and audio visual system set up;
- To handle supplies and procurement management including sourcing, obtaining quotations and order follow up; and
- To perform other duties as assigned.
The Person
- A recognized degree, or equivalent;
- At least two years of relevant experience in supply and procurement and/or facilities maintenance, preferably gained from public organizations or large corporations;
- Conversant use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Good interpersonal and organization skills; and
- Responsible, self-motivated, mature and able to work independently as well as under pressure.
Remuneration Package
A competitive remuneration and benefits package including a discretionary performance-linked variable pay, annual leave, medical, dental and life insurance coverage, and MPF will be offered. All new appointments will be made on a two-year fixed-term contract initially prior to consideration for appointment on a non-fixed-term basis.
