Officer – Financial Control (GL & Bank Reconciliation) (Job ID: 2568)

Responsibilities

• To assist in the implementation of general ledger control and take follow-up actions for discrepancies identified
• To perform the function of bank reconciliation
• To participate in systems enhancement projects and update procedure manuals
• To handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• University graduate in Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in accounting, auditing or banking industry; exposure in bank reconciliation is an advantage
• Self-motivated, organized with good communication/presentation skills
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
