Job Description

Main Purpose Of The Job: Provide quality and efficient supports on contracting, licensing, recruitment package processing for all distribution channels

Job Duties:

  • Assist team members to ensure the quality and efficiency of contract administration, licensing and CPD processing on IA and MPFA for all distribution channels

    • Maintain and update systems for licensing, contracting and termination

    • Handle and maintain correct licensing and CPD system and record

    • Handle and ensure agency enquiry/hotline system in good quality

  • Handle contracting, licensing reports and supports of all distribution channels accurately and effectively

  • Handle recruitment package and finance application to provide prompt supports on new agents contracting

  • Prepare, review and update the changes of agreements and related contracts of distribution channels

  • Participate to handle contracting and licensing team related tasks

  • Support ad hoc projects and assignments provided by supervisors.

Job Requirement:

  • University graduate

  • At least 2 years of working experience in insurance industry preferable with relevant experiences in agency management, contracting, licensing and administrative supports

  • Strong analytical, client-oriented and pro-active

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)

  • Knowledge of the AS400 system (preferred)

  • Good in written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, attentive to details and as an excellent team player

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
