Job Description
- Process account opening documents in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
- Maintain up-to-date customer information in the Bank’s customer database
- Provide operation support on customer account opening
- Handle Inward Cheque verification and other administration support
- Participate in various system enhancement and ad hoc projects
- Assist in streamlining process and updating of procedure manuals
- Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above
- Minimum 1 year’s clerical experience preferably in banking industry, experience in cheque verification is preferred
- Knowledge in front-line operations, account opening and electronic fund transfer is an advantage
- Self-motivated, independent and attentive to details with good interpersonal skill
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Conversant with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
