Job Description
  • Process account opening documents in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information in the Bank’s customer database
  • Provide operation support on customer account opening
  • Handle Inward Cheque verification and other administration support
  • Participate in various system enhancement and ad hoc projects
  • Assist in streamlining process and updating of procedure manuals
    Requirements:
  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year’s clerical experience preferably in banking industry, experience in cheque verification is preferred
  • Knowledge in front-line operations, account opening and electronic fund transfer is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, independent and attentive to details with good interpersonal skill
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Conversant with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
