Department:Corporate Communications
Job Description:
- To support the development of corporate image through enhancing internal &
external communication network
- To assist in planning, implementation and management of PR activities including
exhibition, entertainment, social functions to promote goodwill and favorable
publicity
- To prepare written materials for corporate collaterals and undertake translation
work in both Chinese and English (e.g press release, newsletter, internal & external
communications) that creates favourable view of the organization
- To provide on-site support and back-end administration for PR related functions
- To perform MC functions at corporate events
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Communications or equivalent
- Fluency in spoken/written English & Chinese
- Fluency in Putonghua will an advantage
- 2 to 3 years working experience in public relations or event management,
experience as journalist will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Mature, independent and proactive
- Willing to work at irregular hours
