Department:Corporate Communications

Job Description:
  • To support the development of corporate image through enhancing internal &
external communication network
  • To assist in planning, implementation and management of PR activities including
exhibition, entertainment, social functions to promote goodwill and favorable
publicity
  • To prepare written materials for corporate collaterals and undertake translation
work in both Chinese and English (e.g press release, newsletter, internal & external
communications) that creates favourable view of the organization
  • To provide on-site support and back-end administration for PR related functions
  • To perform MC functions at corporate events

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Communications or equivalent
  • Fluency in spoken/written English & Chinese
  • Fluency in Putonghua will an advantage
  • 2 to 3 years working experience in public relations or event management,
experience as journalist will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Mature, independent and proactive
  • Willing to work at irregular hours
