Job Duties:

• Report to Senior Manager, Agency Marketing, Agency Recruitment
• Execute agency recruitment marketing activities and events
• Assist on-site execution of events
• Co-ordinate with vendors, designers and technicians for the arrangements of the events
• Responsible to provide support services on general administration and other ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements:

• University graduates preferably in Business Marketing / Bachelor of Arts - Media and Communication / Business & Administration or relevant discipline.
• Preferably 1-year+ experience
• MS Office especially Excel, Photoshop or AI & Chinese Typing is a must
• Effective written and excellent verbal communication in English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good team player, detailed-minded, well-organized, strong communication skill and service-oriented minds
• Immediate available is preferable
