Job Description

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Officers, the appointee will be required to:

  • Perform general accounting functions included but not limited to book keeping, billing, accounts payable and receivable;
  • Prepare financial statements, consolidation and forecasting, management reports and analysis;
  • Perform as cashier in the Shroff Office on rotation;
  • Assist in annual financial audit exercise;
  • Assist in procurement activities, facilities maintenance and general administrative support duties; and
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

 

Requirements

  • Tertiary education or above in Accountancy or related disciplines. Finalist of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent is an advantage;
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in handling full set of books and preparing financial statements;
  • Extensive experience in using computerised accounting systems and Microsoft Excel;
  • A good team player with a strong sense or responsibility, good interpersonal and problem solving skills;
  • Independent and able to work under pressure; and
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
