Job Description

TITLE: LOGISTICS/
OFFICE ADMIN ASSISTANT

MARKET/DEPARTMENT: TRAVEL RETAIL CHINA & TAIWAN

REPORT To: AREA MANAGER
(TRAVEL RETAIL CHINA & TAIWAN)


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Office Assistant

Manage Shanghai TR China
Office
Manage Shanghai Team
expenses reports
Provide clerical support to
the department
Ensure the costs are
correctly booked, and invoices and related supporting documents are timely
issued to clients
Handle clients' and vendors
inquiries


2. Logistics Function

Monitor and status follow
up in respect of procurement of goods for trade, inbound shipment arrangement,
customs declaration, receipt of goods, warehousing and storage, and delivery of
goods to customers
Coordinate with internal
and external parties for all CN/TW deliveries such as product incentives,
training gifts
Assist in warehouse
operation with third party warehouse to ensure proper tracking in place with
Mega Freight
Manage all POSM Deliveries
with LVMH China warehouse
Update inventory records
and issue inventory reports
Perform any other duties as
assigned by immediate supervisor


3. Retail Staff Incentives
Record management

Ensure proper and on time
record of all incentives staff given away (products + gifts) including pictures
and signature


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

2 years minimum admin experience and a
logistics background is a plus
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Good at Microsoft office, including Word, Excel
PowerPoint, etc.
