Job Description
Responsibilities:
? Centralized management of administrative affairs and resources
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrections
- Centralized management Assistant resources, responsible for the KPI setting and performance evaluation;
- Be responsible for providing high quality office operation service; Manage and ensure smooth operations of day-to-day office administrative tasks, including facility management, company car/driver management, and office vendors/suppliers management;
- Office supplier sourcing, negotiation and management to make sure cost effective;
- Arrange and organize for all non-commercial activities and events
? Company Policy and Procedures Management
- Design company document management policies & procedures and supervise the implementation of all departments;
- Be in charge of developing, maintaining and ensuring the execution of all company policies and procedures, enforcing all the policies & procedures updated and implemented in time.
- Draft and distribute all administration memos and policies;
- Review and modified procurement policy as need, collect procurement needs for each department, planning and implementing the procurement procedure in accordance with approved procurement policy.

- Any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- College degree or above
- 8 years relevant working experience, and at least 3 years’ experience on management
- Excellent interpersonal & team-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry preferred management
