Job Description
Job Purpose:
The role is to support the sales team to reach the company sales and marketing targets; Responsible for the company accounting and admin area to set up the process.
Title: Office manager (accounting, admin ) 办公室财务行政经理
On board date: ASAP
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Accounting
- Track office cash flow
- Work with 3rd party vendor to ensure timely tax report monthly
- Good weekly and monthly office accounting reports
- Follow up sales contract to invoice and collect payments timely
- Take care of bank accounts and company's inventory
Admin
- Manage office daily operation
- IT and other office equipment purchasing
- Travel arrangements
- Set up process for all HR and admin related topics
Requirements:
- Analytical Skill – good at data analysis and able to identify issues and opportunities through data
- Good problem solving capability
- Good accounting knowledge with various experiences
- Highly Self-motivated and a hard worker
- Good listening skills, Good team player and Good communication skills
- Willing to learn new topics and a good thinker. Willing to take challenges. Results-oriented
- Fluent English writting
- Pleasant personality with self-confidence, open minded and easy to interact with individuals with different cultural backgrounds
