Job Purpose:

The role is to support the sales team to reach the company sales and marketing targets; Responsible for the company accounting and admin area to set up the process.


Title: Office manager (accounting, admin ) 办公室财务行政经理

On board date: ASAP


Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Accounting

  • Track office cash flow
  • Work with 3rd party vendor to ensure timely tax report monthly
  • Good weekly and monthly office accounting reports
  • Follow up sales contract to invoice and collect payments timely
  • Take care of bank accounts and company's inventory

Admin

  • Manage office daily operation
  • IT and other office equipment purchasing
  • Travel arrangements
  • Set up process for all HR and admin related topics

Requirements:

  • Analytical Skill – good at data analysis and able to identify issues and opportunities through data
  • Good problem solving capability
  • Good accounting knowledge with various experiences
  • Highly Self-motivated and a hard worker
  • Good listening skills, Good team player and Good communication skills
  • Willing to learn new topics and a good thinker. Willing to take challenges. Results-oriented
  • Fluent English writting
  • Pleasant personality with self-confidence, open minded and easy to interact with individuals with different cultural backgrounds
