Job Description
The position is providing timely supports to HR department and office admin on a daily basis. To complete assignments as requested with quality of work.
RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS
- Responsible for onboarding e.g. sending welcome letter to new hires, pre-employment physical check up, checking and verifying onboarding documents etc.
- Manage new hires employment contract, non-compete agreements etc
- Contract renewal
- Assist with HR monthly newsletter
- Coordinate with biz and vendors about training activities
- Assist with employee activities to increase employee engagement
- HR system maintain (e-leave, eView)
- Back up as office admin
- Works assigned by manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Integrity and commitment
- Coordination skills and communication skills
- Teamwork spirit
- Written English
- Bachelor Degree
