Responsibilities:
1)Office
Coordinate communication between German and Chinese customers
Provide support in consulting projects, such as data collection and analysis, PPT preparation, company check, trademark registration, registration/cancellation procedure of foreign invested companies etc.
Provide translation and interpretation between Chinese and German/English
2)HR
Assist in recruiting tasks incl. JD placing, CV screening and interview arrangement
Assist in employees on-board/resignation procedures, contract preparation and signing
Assist in payroll calculation
Be responsible for opening & regular operation of social welfare accounts
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or above, with major in German language/HR/Admin preferred
Relevant experience in secretary & HR field preferred, excellent fresh graduates also acceptable
Good command of oral & written German and English language
Excellent communication skill
Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and systematically-thinking
Proficient in MS office software
