Office assistant – based in Shenzhen Shekou (office work)
Profile required:
- 1 year of professional experience in administrative functions.
- Academic education of 12th grade
- Organizational ability and method.
- Ability to meet goals and deadlines.
- Good written and oral fluency.
- Excellent english knowledge (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of computer tools (Microsoft Office).
Job responsibilities:
- Administrative management of Employer’s client’s requests, including contacts with factories, auditors and others;
- Secretarial and administrative support to the office;
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls;
- Office routine and general archiving.
