Office assistant – based in Shenzhen Shekou (office work)

Profile required:

  • 1 year of professional experience in administrative functions.
  • Academic education of 12th grade
  • Organizational ability and method.
  • Ability to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Good written and oral fluency.
  • Excellent english knowledge (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of computer tools (Microsoft Office).

Job responsibilities:

  • Administrative management of Employer’s client’s requests, including contacts with factories, auditors and others;
  • Secretarial and administrative support to the office;
  • Answering and forwarding telephone calls;
  • Office routine and general archiving.
