Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Perform administrative duties including making travel arrangements, meeting and event arrangements;
2. Manage office operations including office environment, supplies and facilities;
3. Admin daily work for the team;
4. Maintain filing and expense claim in the system;
5. Expats support eg. apartment, visa & working permit;
6. General assistance to Managing Director and General Manager;
7. Perform other duties and functions as assigned.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, at least 1 year relevant working experience in office administration function;
2. Good oral and written English;
3. Good communication skills;
4. Good PC skills, such as MS Word, Excel & Power Point;
5. Proactive, open-minded, detail-oriented and conscientious
