• Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
• Managing income and expenditure accounts
• Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
• Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
• Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Job Responsibilities
• Providing regular support to our team and doctor
• Negotiating, signing, and managing contracts with suppliers
• Creating new HR policies and documents
• Managing the clinic's online presence through social media
• Assisting with branding and various staff training
• Assisting with staff recruitment
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Salary & Benefits
• Paid annual leave
• Two consecutive days off per week (Normal working schedule is M-F)
Applicant Requirements:
• Relevant bachelor’s degree
• Accountant experience
• Meticulous at managing & analyzing data
• Target oriented
• Verbal and listening communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Able to work independently
