SUMMARY:

The Ocean Freight Pricing Analyst is responsible for study & share the ocean freight market intelligence to internal departments, develop pricing strategy for ocean product develop. Preparing quote for transactional/regular business. Review the pricing and p/l result for existing customer, and develop the business plan to improve the productivity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Coordinate / conduct N.C. China FCL /LCL pricing (include ocean rates and local charges). Respond rate enquiry from local sales force /JAS overseas SRR n etc.

• Coordinate / engage global / regional tender RFQ/ Bids

• N.C. China Ocean freight / local handling rate procurement

• N.C. China market info collection; coordinate / support pricing manager to conduct ocean market INTEL analysis

• Ocean carriers rapport building

• Complete various pricing reports requested by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good at written English & CET 4

• Strong sense of responsibility and team work player

• Customer service mind set

• 2 years ocean team experience in NVO or SSL

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• College degree or above

• At least 2 years of working experience in similar position at Foreign forwarding companies
