Job Description
Contribute to the protection of the physical and mental health of employees within their respective workplace in close
collaboration with the occupational doctor
- Support nursing care and participate in the employees’ health supervision
- Suggest, organize and put in place prevention actions
- Participate to the third time of the occupational doctor
- Ensure management and organization of the health service
- Participate to the safety Committee meetings
Responsibilities:
Support nursing care and participate in the employees’ health supervision in conformity with protocols established by the occupational doctor
- Follow-up of the organization and sequencing of medical visits (new hires, returning to work from after long leave,...) for all Oracle France sites
- Management of occupational health contracts, staff reports and statements and medical records’ transfer
- Point of contact for all occupational medicine centers
- Support emergency nursing care according to established protocols (art.) R4311-1): working Accidents, emergency care
- Receive employees having difficulties or problems related to health, job or others
Suggest, organize and put in place prevention actions:
- Set up prevention actions (article R4511-15)
- Collaborate on training and information about public health issues (alcohol, tobacco, food hygiene,...) depending on the identified problems, requests, expressed needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary commissions (disability, harassment, ergonomics,...)
- Participate in surveys and studies related to health needs (ex: homeworking). Follow the indicators
- Participate in training related to company’s risks (noise, chemicals, exposure to blood disorders musculoskeletal Squeletal...)
- Contribute to the training and renewing of workplace first-aiders and to the recommended actions related to handling
- Raise awareness of the the workplace first-aiders and workers to risk preventio
Participate to the third time of the occupational doctor
- Do examinations and functional explorations for Colombes’ site
- Contribute to the studies of workplace and job positions
- Suggest corrective and preventive actions
Ensure management and organization of the health service
- Management of the Pharmacy and emergency kits
- Management of the various legal documents such as: register of working accidents, business listings, annual reports of doctors,..
Participate to the safety Committee meetings
- Preparation and presentation of the follow-up of the medical service activity
Requirements:
- Excellent relationship and good communication skills
- Rigour and autonomy

- Leadership skills to manage the relationship with occupational medicine
- Good communication skills to promote wellbeing program
Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 5 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
