Occupational health nurses are qualified and registered nurses who specialize in the care and well-being of people at work.

Responsibilities
Occupational health nurses protect and promote the health of people at work. They have direct contact with employees and are often approached with health-related questions and problems. Employees often see their occupational health nurse as a 'first port of call' and seek advice on various matters, such as a non-work-related condition or where to get the best advice on a health issue or personal problem at home.

Your role will include:

• Ensure 100% compliance to local law in terms of Health & Safety (安全衛生法) and Labor Health Protection (勞工健康保護規則) Regulation
• Execute, review and monitor employee health checks
• Identify and prevent work-related health problems
• Assist and enhance ergonomic and/or overtime assessment if needed
• Promote healthy living and working conditions
• Employee Assistance Program

Qualification:

• Nurse license is required as well as completion of 50hrs of labor health service training are required
• Occupational nurse experience is a plus

Basic written and verbal communication in English

• Proactive, teamwork and approachable personality
