Position Summary:

This role will support senior EHS manager to develop and implement the Occupational Health surveillance program.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual occupational health check plan

• Analyze medical check reports and its follow-up actions

• Handle work-related injuries and emergency medical treatments, provide medical consultation

• Work with EHS Officers to determine occupational health hazards and ways to control them

• Support to handle occupational health cases and investigation

• Liaise with external authorities and third parties for the execution and fulfillment of regulatory requirements

• Lead junior offices for the management of occupational health program in ShaJing and Jiangmen

• Provide occupational health and occupational disease prevention trainings

Requirements:

· Diploma or above in occupational hygiene, medical or nursing is preferred

• 5 years or above experience in occupational health management and related factory medical jobs

• Possess a detailed knowledge of occupational health legislations and good practices

• Ability to work well under pressure in normal and in emergency situations

• A high degree of interpersonal and persuasive skills
  

• An effective communicator at all levels.
