Oversea Project Manager (OPM) is a terrific position for someone interested in working in a fast paced environment and willing to drive exciting cross-functional projects. You will lead the creation of relevant documentation based on the project size, get resources allocated to project team members, effectively and clearly communicate project status, manage project risks, monitor change readiness, and conduct post-implementation audit reviews for Microtest.

The Oversea Project Manager will be responsible for the following duties concerning the ICT Fixture, FCT Fixture or Automation Equipment:.

Throughout the course of the projects, the OPM will coordinate and orchestrate a multitude of activities required to make the project successful. You will have a solid ability to lead medium to large size, global projects that are cross-functional in nature. Be the main contact with customer and their different Contract Manufacturers (CMs), interact with internal groups at Microtest to ensure consistent delivery of a quality projects.
Manage, plan and organize project activities in a fast paced environment.
Deliver effective and clear communication of progress/status and be accountable for the overall delivery of the initiative(s).
Manage project risk throughout the life of the project.
Create and maintain issues logs to ensure accountability for resolution of key issues.
Prioritize and delegate key project tasks to team members.
Writing or editing formal business requirements documents for projects/enhancements.
Assist business units in crafting quality documents required for project approvals.
Craft business case documentation for senior management on selected projects.

Key Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree, Mechanical/Electrical background is preferred
2. Excellent English oral and written communication skills including effective presentation
3. Great leadership skills and ability to inspire team members.
4. Excellent consolidation, communication and organizational skills.
5. Self motivated and proactive, who can demonstrate creativities and critical thinking capabilities.
6. Able to collaborate with cross-functional team to achieve project goals.
7. Solid ability to manage to deadlines and meet cost constraints.
8. Ability of being able to efficiently multitask between multiple projects
9. Rich experience communicating with all levels of management and across business, technology and other supporting organizations.
10. Ability to develop new strategies and options for new projects.
11. 3~5 years of project management experience
12. Strong organizational and documentation skills.
13. Proficient knowledge of the systems implementation and development life cycles.
14. Proficient in business process flow diagramming.
15. Ability to perform robust business process analysis and recommend solutions.
16. Traveling required: 30%
