Since 2008, Insiders Experience specializes in “slow travel” and offers tailor-made off the beaten track adventures aboard vintage vehicles in China and Morocco.

Your role will be key between the global head and our local team. You will manage operationally and administratively your team to support the successful execution of our Guilin Insiders as well as our partner, Club Med, operations (Sidecar, Jeep and Buggy rides). Strive to continually improve passenger and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of your branch. Ensure that standards and procedures are being followed.

Your key activities :

• Lead tours driving passengers around the countryside.
• Manage our fleet of vehicles.
• Manage our client relationship.
• Liaise with HQ.
• Overview finances.
• Constantly improve the experience of our passengers on rides.
• Find ways to better promote our rides towards our prospects.
• Identify opportunities for new business.
• Manage the team of drivers and insiders.

Your qualification :

• Be outgoing and empathic.
• Be responsible and autonomous. You will work with minimal supervision.
• Have very strong organizational skills.
• Hold a car and motorbike license in China (C1D) or in your home country.
• Speak fluent Chinese as 70% of our passengers are Chinese.
• Speak fluent English, Any other language (French, Korean, etc.) would be a big plus.
• Be familiar with Chinese traffic and culture.
