- Freight forwarder specializing in air and ocean freight forwarding and provides comprehensive value-added logistics services.
- We are looking for OPERATION ASST - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- To prepare the monthly shipping schedule, quotation
- To modify the filing system in sales department such as consignee list, shipper list, account profiles, buying rate list etc.
- To be the indoor sales and customer service.
- To prepare the monthly sales performance report.
- To prepare the presentation for special project.
- To take care some VIP accounts.
- To respond the enquiry to overseas agents.
- To arrange air shipment
- Degree holder
- Studies in Shipping/Logistics/Business/Supply Chain is a plus
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- 1-2 years' experience in shipping/forwarder/logistics is a plus
- Familiar with Japan, Inter-Asia & China trade Preferable.
- Office location : Lai Chi Kok
