Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide rapid assessment with sourcing and OD for the new vendors;

• Send and explain the quality charter for vendors when updating, clarify the comments which vendor is no able to fulfill L’Oréal quality requirements and communicate with DGO, collect the signed quality charter;

• Perform Quality audit and risk assessment for vendors to evaluate the compliance of GMP and L’Oréal quality requirement;

• Monitor and follow vendor’s quality performance, Follow all of the corrective and preventive actions;

• Provide training and onsite support for vendors;

• Work with vendors for the nonconformity and complaint investigation;

• Cooperate with OD, PD, Sourcing, plant for new project on boarding; provide risk assessment or audit when new project on boarding;
  

Job Requirements

Education Background ：College’ Degree or
above

Major：Related with Food or Cosmetics or Chemical

Working Experience：Cosmetics quality
control and quality assurance related experience is preferred

Computer Level：Skillfully use computer and common office software

Language：Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing
in Korean , Mandarin and Chinese.

Others skill :Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO22716

Management Competences : Good ability on independent /systematic thinking and problem
solving and Effective communications
around quality related inquiries both internally and externally; .
