DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:  Oracle Financing provides financing, leasing and custom payment solutions to customer’s acquiring Oracle products and solutions from Oracle or an Oracle distribution partner.  Established in 1989, Oracle Financing has over 7,000 customers, provides coverage in over 45 countries and provides solutions to customers of all sizes. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  The Regional Operations Representative works as part of a team to process Contracts from initiation through maturity. 

The Regional Operations Representative will provide support for the following tasks:

• Update Pricing and modify Contracts via Amendments and/or adjustment letters
• Assign payments to Funding partner
• Through various Oracle systems, obtain invoices for funding.
• Assist OFD Sales with review of deal documentation (Orders, OFD Contracts)
• Work with members of the Global Regional Operations Teams to meet the goals of OFD Operations and find solutions to improve processes
• Ability to manage daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Business is month end and quarter end driven and ability to work additional hours required
• Ability to work independently and self-manage through a variety of conflicting deadlines
• Work in conjunction with additional OFD teams such as Global Ops, Funding & Risk management and Legal

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of basic finance concepts (such as discounting cash flows, net present value, internal rate of return, etc.) including intermediate Excel skills is helpful
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Degree in accounting, finance, economics or business preferred
• Ability to think analytically, problem solve and focus attention to detail

• Three to five years operations experience
