Job Description

Job Purpose

Provide technical, application expertise to customers in order to drive conversion activities and fuel sales growth with strategic OEMs.

KPI (Key Performance Indicator)

Customer satisfaction in line with agreed adoption objectives (quality, on-time, budget, performance etc.)

Key Responsibilities

DO

? Work proactively with the customer to make product and architectural recommendations- examples would include technical suitability, cost/ performance evaluation, technical trends, migration considerations, proof of concept, configuration testing, and customer application assistance.

? Provide training to both internal and external customers.

? Lead the exchange of best practices within OEM accounts and leverage corporate and regional direction.

? Develop and maintain solutions/demos for applicable OEM segments/machine.

? Provide engineering conversion and support services as well as budget and schedule estimates to OEM customers.

Job related competencies

? High level of expertise in products in required SBUs, along with an Intermediate level of expertise in all our products. High Application Knowledge.

? Intermediate level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, OEM Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of OEM customers).

? Intermediate Training Skills, with a basic level expertise in Market Research & Analysis, Process Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of Process Solutions customers), Project / Implementation Management, Sales Fundamentals, Project Sales Strategizing, Customer Relationship Management, Prospecting & New Customer Development and Account Sales Maximizing (Expanding business in existing accounts).


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

? Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Automation is required

? 5 years of experience of automation products in OEM.

? Background with converting technology will be a good plus

Account Manager - OEM, Regional OEM Sales Manager, AP-OEM Team, Program Manager.
