Plan, implement, train & monitor hospital wide infection control practices. Liaise with relevant private &government bodies on infection control matters. Advice and recommend appropriate actions for other hospital committees so as to ensure control of infection.

负责全院感控措施的计划、实施、培训、监督。负责联系相关私营及政府机构。为其他医院委员会提供专业意见或建议，以确保控制院内感染。




DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning




Plan overall Infection Control programs which will include infection control precautions, surveillance, reporting and investigations.

设计医院感控体系，包括感染控制预防措施、监测、报告和调查。

Plan overall Infection Control audits. 安排全院感控检查。

Plan constant training programs which will inform and update relevant staff regarding Infection Control issues.

制定持续的培训计划，使工作人员获得最新的感控知识。







Implementation




• Implement and execute all drawn up Infection Control programs.

  负责感控方案的落实。

• Carry out scheduled surveillance of all clinical areas and other critical areas so as to be able to identify cases that require Infection Control procedures that need to be employed.

  对所有临床区域和其他关键区域进行定期监测，以便能够识别需要采用感染控制程序的病例。

• Ensure that Infection Control is practiced and effective at all times in all areas of the Hospital.

  确保医院所有区域感控措施落实及有效。

• Initiate protocols and other relevant actions aimed at improving Infection Control within the Hospital.

  发起旨在改善医院内感染控制的方案和其他相关行动。

• Perform scheduled audits to improve on practices of Infection Control.

  按计划开展检查，以促进感控措施的落实。

• Liaise with relevant governmental bodies and/or private agencies regarding issues pertaining to Infection Control.

  就与感染控制有关的问题与相关政府机构和/或私人机构联络。

• Prepare monthly reports of Infection Control related data and issues which are to be highlighted to the Infection Control nursing committee, sub-committee as well as the Management.

  编制感控相关数据及问题的月报表，向管理层及各级委员会汇报并反映相关问题。

• Provide counsel and/or advice when required regarding the issue of Infection Control.

  在需要时就感染控制问题提供咨询和/或建议。

• Follow up on infection control related issues as well as develop resolutions to counter issues of such nature.

  跟进感染控制相关问题，并制定应对此类问题的解决方案。

• Assist Head of Department with Infection Control issues.

  协助部门主管处理感染控制问题。

• Chairs the Infection Control committee and participates actively in the Infection Control sub-committee.

  主持感染控制委员会，积极参加感染控制小组工作。

• Provide constant training in relation to the subject of Infection Control.

  提供感控持续培训。

• Participates in the other Hospital committees when required.

  需要时参与医院其他委员会的工作。

• Carries out other duties as assigned by the Superior.

  完成主管交代的其他工作。

Records

Maintain all records pertaining to Infection Control, ensuring that they are kept in an orderly fashion to enable easy referencing, should they be needed. 保存与感染控制有关的所有记录，确保其有序保存，以便在需要时方便查阅。

Updates all records and maintains confidentiality where necessary. 更新所有记录，必要时保密。




Qualifications & Experience

College Degree or above. Effective Chinese Nursing License. 大专以上学历，有效的中国护士执照。At least 5 years’ experience as registered nurse and 1 year in management. Experience in Infection Control program is preferred. 至少5年注册护士经验、1年以上护理管理经验，有感控管理经验者尤佳。

• Good communication skills. 良好的沟通技巧。
• Well organized and independent. 有良好的组织能力，能独立开展工作。
