Essential Management Duties & Responsibilities
1. to plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences for the kids
2. to prepare the teaching environment, whether inside or outside a classroom, for meaningful class activities
3. to provide a variety of learning materials and resources
4. to identify and select different instructional resources and methods to meet the kids’ varying needs
5. to evaluate learning experiences and outcomes for kids’ continual improvement
6. to ensure that an acceptable standard of kids’ behavior is clearly stated and consistently maintained
7. to take care of the kids and pay attention to the ways of their learning;
1. Support in parent meetings according to school's communication plan with parents;
2. Support in communication with parents and parent interviews.

Qualifications
1. Native English speaker, bachelor’s degree or above
2. Major in Pre-school education related preferred
3. At least 2-3 years’ classroom teaching experience with kids or children
4. Highly energetic, creative, reliable individuals;
5. Good administrative and organizational abilities; Good communication skills
