Your Responsibility
？ Prepare and follow up Budget calculations, BM applications,
consumption tracking. Therefore, collect and track all relevant
information and/or requirements of the different departments.
？ Defining detail timelines based on customer requests and alignment
with all stakeholder (Resource Management).
？ Responsible for internal project documentation and reporting
through project report and reporting in project steering committee.
？ Identify risks and counter measures under reconciliation of all
stakeholders
？ Support Purchasing Part Coordinators in alignments with
development in early project phase.
？ Additional tasks imposed by BU head.
Our Requirement
？ Bachelor degree, Master degree or higher in mechanical or
industrial engineering
？ 2 years or more full time working experience in automotive or
likewise industry with project related encouragement
？ English or German, fluently in speaking and writing
？ Good communicator, conflict and problem solving skills, selfconfident
manner
