• Over 5 years relevant experience in kitchen operations
• Food Hygiene, Hotel Management certificates are preferable
• Good knowledge of food and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Hardworking with positive attitude
• Responsible and reliable
• Work in a fast pace and attentive to details
