If you’re a responsible night owl with a love of the 24/7 nature of hotels, then this is a great role for you! The role involves being in-charge of the hotel over-night, completing the night audit duties with accuracy, providing high level of customer service, preparing and delivering food orders, taking responsibility for the safety and security of the building responding to emergency situations and any guest concerns within guidelines.

• Previous experience of working in hotels preferred
• Opera ( or other PMS system ) knowledge preferred
• Managers License/ First Aid/ Food Safety Certification advantageous 
• We’d like someone with an eye for detail, driven to achieving the highest service standards
• We’ll need you to be self-motivated and able to work without supervision
• You’ll need to be friendly and engaging, with an ability to communicate effectively.

• Valid driver's license
• Flexibility to work any shift/day
