Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
1.Ability to formulate the overall medium and long-term strategy, annual budget drafting and execution, gap analysis.
2.Product sales forecast development, valuation analyses, profit & loss development, and risk-adjusted net present value (NPV) development.
3.Effective at utilizing in house and outside available information and market research report to efficiently and thoroughly research and analyze a product’s market(s), competition, and work out qualified business proposal.
4.Ability to manage outside consult and research company.
5.Strong coordination of diligence activities internally among necessary departmental representatives involved in the diligence process (i.e., regulatory, clinical/medical, marketing, MA, supply chain, legal, finance, etc.) in developing strategic and financial rationale to pursue a particular product opportunity.
6.Ability to develop and participate in presentations to senior management and prospective partners.
7.Coach and develop subordinates.
8.Other tasks or projects assigned by Director of Business Development Dept.
9.Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition.
Konwledge/Experience:
1.At least 10 year sales and marketing career and knowledgeable in a pharmaceutical or biotech (life science) company.
2.At least 5 years product evaluation experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech (life science) company, market research firm or strategy consulting firm.
3.Knowledge in project management and execution, oncology field preferred
4.Leadership capability in team management.
