1. Review NPD workflow and process control from time to time in alignment with customers’ expectation and Qualipac vision. 根据客户的期望和加利派的愿景，随时审查新产品开发的工作流程和过程控制。
2. Monitor the implementation of NPD process and organize meetings for review and reporting on a regular basis. 监督新产品开发过程的实施，定期组织会议进行评审和汇报。
3. Initiate and manage the tools of entire projects timeline. 发起和管理整个项目时间表的工具。
4. Monitor the progress of NPD projects in Pipe and organize meetings for review and reporting on a regular basis. 监督PIPE里新产品开发项目的进度，定期组织会议进行评审和汇报。
5. Work with all project managers in tracking the actions to catch up the timeline commitment. 与所有项目经理一起跟踪行动以赶上承诺的时间表。
6. Escalate delays and blocks in new product development. 逐级汇报新产品开发中的延迟和阻碍。
7. Drive the project team to breakdown the projects into different step, and ensure the breakdown schedule being communicated to each function for tracking, and ensure the projects development can be delivered on time. 推动项目组将项目分解成不同的步骤，确保分解进度传达给各职能部门以便进行跟踪，确保项目开发能够按时交付。

任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, Industrial design or packaging. 机械工程、工业设计或包装专业本科以上学历。
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in new product development. (Prefer to cosmetic industry.) 3年以上新产品开发工作经验。（化妆品行业优先）。
3. Strong leadership, commutation and presentation skill. 较强的领导力、沟通能力和讲演技能。
4. Good experience in projects management. 具有良好的项目管理经验
5. Outstanding ability in organization and coordination. 出色的组织协调能力。
6. Judgment and experience in lead-time control. 在开发周期控制方面的判断和经验。
