The Network Services Supervisor shall direct the Support and Maintenance Services Team. The Roles and Responsibilities of the services supervisor shall include:

• Preparation of scheduled maintenance works, i.e. bug fixing, firmware upgrade, testing and network related configuration changes preparation
• Performing network performance monitoring, security log analysis and capacity usage review
• Lead and advise shift engineers to recover the network services
• Delivering the Support Services in accordance with the SLA
• Planning, arranging and supervising the engineers in carrying out the Support Services

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
• Over 10 years relevant working experience including at least 3 years in managerial role
• Good communication with different stakeholders and the team 4-5 staff (7×24 shift duty)
• Holder of valid Hong Kong Driving License is preferred (Class 1)

• Assist the customer with product familiarization training on device features during routine preventative maintenance or break/fix engagements
• Familiar with R&S, wireless and security product (e.g. Cisco, H3C, Juniper, Aurba, Arista, F5, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Palo Alto)
