Responsibilities:

• Performing regular network monitoring, logging review and alarm responses
• Diagnosing and resolving Fault Calls in accordance with the SLA’s
• Performing regular inventory check and preventive maintenance
• Executing network related configuration changes
• Delivering the incident reports and regular maintenance activity reports
• Contributing to the documentation of network diagram, systems, configurations and installation document

Requirements:

• High Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Network or equivalent
• 5 years + of relevant working experience deploying a large-scale complex network
• Holder of Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNA)
• Holder of valid Hong Kong driving license is preferred (Class 1)
• Experience with wireless networks and firewall deployment is a plus
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English
• Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred.
