一、Accountabilities

1. Define, improve and implement standard databased policies, standards, procedures in BU China aligning with Global and APAC zone policies and standards

• Compile report for management use based on request

3. Be creative to provide solutions to optimize performance and/or lower cost

4. Ensure an effective process in place, drive and coordinate responsible teams for network management in scope.

5. Participate in architecture review process as part of ABI IT standard based on ITIL to provide support and advice.

6. Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.

7. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.

8. Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.

9. Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems.

10. Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer systems.

11. Coordinating computer network access and use.

二、Qualifications and Technical competencies required

Education

1. College and above in Information System, Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.

2. BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred

Experience

1. 5+ years network management experience

2. Experience in network management for multiple-national organization is preferred

3. Experience in working with colleagues from other countries is a plus

Technical competencies:

1. Strong communication and coodination skills, good written and spoken English skill

2. Ability to work independently and objectively to challenges within a fast-changing environment,

3. The ability to work quickly, under pressure and to deadlines

4. Up-to-date knowledge of latest technology

5. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, where the technology is constantly changing

6. Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.

7. Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.

8. Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers.

9. Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.

10. Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.

11. Assist selection of network hardware and software as part of yearly strategy roadmap exercise

12. Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.

13. A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.

14. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

15. Dependable and flexible when necessary.

16. Network security experience is a plus

17. LAN and WAN experience (SD-WAN, Meraki, or other Cisco technology) is preferred

18. Palo-Alto firewall experience is a plus

Network management experience in FMCG industry is a plus
