As part of the Global Network Operations team, the network operations engineer will be responsible for the delivery and operations of the network infrastructure, supporting all facets of business units. The successful candidate will possess high level of professionalism, collaboration, and communication skills working with various internal and external business units. You will be responsible for growing and maintaining global network, which includes troubleshooting network faults and conditions impacting the business.

Key Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols, (BGP,MPLS, LDP)
• Strong knowledge of wired and wireless technologies
• 3-5 years technical experience in networking
• Strong analytical skills and ability to collate and interpret data from various feeds
• Operational knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, and Arista OS and hardware platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, operational environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with peers
  

Participate in on-call &7x24 support rotation with other global team members
