Department: Corporate Sales Division

In this position, you will:

• Provide day-to-day technical support for network infrastructures
• Support project implementation which includes network equipment installation & configuration, platform interaction, project management and end users
• Support network infrastructure components including but not limited to router, switches, firewall, load balancer, proxy server, VPN, Infoblox, ACS, WLC etc
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marketing leading ICT products including network infrastructure products, network security products
• Develop soft skill to respond to customer’s request and monitor the project progress

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements: 

• 2 years or above IT network experiences
• Working experience on complex network operations and/or maintenance
• Knowledge of popular brands of routers/switches, firewalls and other networking devices such as VPN, load balancers, etc.
• Analytical skills in troubleshooting and problem solving
• Process IT related certification(s) would be an advantageEngineering/ Information Engineering or related disciplines
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Night job is required upon client request
