Summary\:

Oracle NetSuite Global Business Unit, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oracle, is the world’s leading provider of cloud-based financials / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and omnichannel commerce software that runs the business of companies in more than 100 countries. It is growing rapidly across the EMEA region.

NetSuite’s Marketing Team plays a key role in driving this growth, and consequently is looking for a results-oriented, enthusiastic and creative Marketing Manager to manage demand generation activities for the Nordics region. This person would execute marketing activities to generate pipeline for the sales team across Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark.

Responsibilities

Planning and Execution

·       Work with the EMEA marketing team to plan and manage the execution of marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix, as appropriate, including direct mail, email, events, online and social marketing, to build awareness, generate new business leads or progress prospects through the funnel.

Optimisation

·       Refine and optimise all campaigns to maximise return on investment, with a focus on volume and velocity in lead generation.

·       Embed nurture programmes to maximise conversion of leads through the funnel.

Campaign Analysis and Reporting

·       Review the performance of regional campaigns across all channels with marketing management. Provide detailed analysis and commentary, make recommendations, and implement changes where necessary to ensure lead targets are met.

·       Forecast and monitor ongoing lead attainment against target and work with the wider Marketing team to recommend appropriate actions to achieve and exceed expectations.

·       Report on return on investment for all regional marketing activity.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

·       Develop and deliver pre-campaign briefings and provide the necessary information to the relevant sales reps to ensure each campaign is a success.

·       Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams to plan activity, report on campaign performance and obtain feedback.

·       Manage third-party vendors and publishers to maximise reach and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications\:

·       Marketing qualifications (preferable)

·       Minimum 4 years’ experience in the delivery of marketing campaigns and events within a B2B organisation.

·       Fluency in a minimum of one Nordic language and business-level English capabilities required.

·       Excellent written and oral communication skills.

·       Attention to detail, follow-through and deadline compliance.

·       Strong project management skills.

·       Experience within a high-growth company, with a focus on volume and velocity in demand generation.

·       Experience of working with complex teams and across multiple geographies and cultures

The role reports into the Senior Director of Marketing for EMEA.

Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.

As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Ability to work with Executives. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic. Team player. Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft applications. Basic HTML and web technology skills a plus. 8 years technology/industry experience and BA/BS/MBA degree.
