? Develop the short term and long term national KA strategy aligned with enterprise commercial goal;
? Lead the establishment and management of KA team;
? Promote the access of inline and new products in target hospitals;
? Effectively control the process of safe operation in the target hospitals;
? Establish and develop long-term friendly cooperative relations with key customers to further enhance the company's brand image;
? Maintain and develop national/regional experts, deliver and train relevant product information to customers, and ensure customers to have an in-depth understanding of the company's product features;
? Provide valuable academic platform (association) and relevant professional services for key customers.
职位要求：
? More than 1 years working experience in the same position in pharmaceutical enterprises or more than 3 years working experience in large area KA;
? Capable of key account management, market analysis, hospital development and business negotiation;
? Good resources are preferred;
? Bachelor degree or above, major in clinical medicine or related is preferred.
